Ushbu siyosat «Shohabbos Chinni do'kon» (https://shohabbos.abbostech.uz) Instagram orqali muloqot qilganingizda qanday ma'lumotlarni to'plashi va ulardan qanday foydalanishini tushuntiradi.
1. Qanday ma'lumotlar to'planadi
- Instagram foydalanuvchi identifikatori (ID), username va profil ismi;
- bizga Direct orqali yuborgan xabarlaringiz va postlarimiz ostidagi kommentlaringiz;
- buyurtma berishda o'zingiz yuborgan ism, telefon raqami va yetkazib berish manzili;
- buyurtmalar tarixi va operatorning ichki izohlari.
Biz Instagram parolingizni, to'lov kartasi ma'lumotlarini yoki boshqa maxfiy ma'lumotlarni so'ramaymiz va saqlamaymiz.
2. Ma'lumotlardan foydalanish maqsadi
- savollaringizga javob berish va mahsulotlar haqida ma'lumot berish;
- buyurtmani rasmiylashtirish, tasdiqlash va yetkazib berish;
- xizmat sifatini nazorat qilish (operator suhbatlarni ko'rib chiqadi).

3. Sun'iy intellekt (AI) va uchinchi tomon xizmatlari
- Meta Platforms (Instagram) — xabarlarni qabul qilish va yuborish uchun Instagram Platform API ishlatiladi;
- Google Gemini API — javob tayyorlash uchun suhbatning oxirgi xabarlari va buyurtma ma'lumotlari AI modeliga yuboriladi. Bu ma'lumotlar faqat javob yaratish uchun ishlatiladi.
AI noaniq holatlarda suhbatni operatorga topshiradi. Buyurtma faqat siz yakuniy ma'lumotni aniq tasdiqlaganingizdan keyin yaratiladi.
4. Saqlash va xavfsizlik
Ma'lumotlar himoyalangan serverda (HTTPS orqali) saqlanadi va ularga faqat do'kon operatorlari kira oladi. Ma'lumotlar xizmat ko'rsatish uchun zarur bo'lgan muddat davomida yoki siz o'chirishni so'raguningizcha saqlanadi.
5. Sizning huquqlaringiz

This policy explains what information «Shohabbos Chinni do'kon» (https://shohabbos.abbostech.uz) collects when you interact with us on Instagram and how it is used.
1. Information we collect
- your Instagram-scoped user ID, username and profile name;
- messages you send us via Instagram Direct and comments you leave on our posts;
- name, phone number and delivery address that you provide when placing an order;
- order history and internal notes written by our operators.
We never ask for or store your Instagram password, payment card details or other sensitive credentials.
2. How we use it
- to answer your questions and provide product information;
- to process, confirm and deliver your orders;
- to monitor service quality (operators review conversations).
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
3. AI and third-party services
- Meta Platforms (Instagram) — the Instagram Platform API is used to receive and send messages;
- Google Gemini API — to prepare replies, recent messages of the conversation and order details are sent to the AI model. This data is used only to generate the reply.
The AI hands the conversation to a human operator when it is unsure. An order is created only after you explicitly confirm the final order summary.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on a secured server (HTTPS) and is accessible only to store operators. We keep it as long as needed to provide the service or until you request deletion.
